PHYSICAL FORM & HEALTH QUESTIONNAIRE FORM:
Per MHSAA (due to the COVID-19 pandemic),
all athletes who had a physical on file in the Standish-Sterling Central Athletic office for the 2019-20 school year, will not need to get another physical for the 2020-21 school year.  However, the athlete must fill out the MHSAA health questionnaire form before they can practice in any sport.  (If a 'yes' answer is noted on the questionnaire, a current physical will be required.)

If an athlete did not have a physical on file in the Standish-Sterling Central Athletic office for the 2019-20 school year, they will need to get a current physical before they can practice in any sport.

Both the MHSAA health questionnaire and the MHSAA physical form are attached below.
Any questions, please call the Athletic office @ 846-3644.

Sterling Area Health Center will be offering PHYSICALS the weeks of August 3rd & August 10th, you must make an appointment by calling 989-654-2491.  **NOTE:  The walk-in clinic will NOT be doing any sports physicals this year due to the pandemic.

NO SEASON PASSES THIS YEAR - TVC CONFERENCE PASSES WILL BE USED

Unfortunately we will not be able to do season passes this year due to the TVC passes that are made (color-coded) for each sport.
Per TVC conference, each pass (2 allowed per athlete) will have to be paid in advance ASAP in the Athletic office to get into the games (both home & away) or you will not be able to attend.  We are to collect $5 for every game on the schedule for each sport per spectator.  You will not have to pay at away games if you have your pass.  Keep track of your pass so you don't lose it, no extra passes can be given.
For home & away NON-conference games (i.e. Ogemaw, Tawas, etc), it's $5 per person.  Please bring correct change to lessen money handling.

DEADLINE for payment of passes is TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 22, 2020!!!  If you don't have a pass ticket, you will not be able to get into any home or away games.

Senior Citizen passes cannot be used this year either because of the (2) spectators per athlete rule.  Sorry for any inconveniences this whole process brings.  As you know, this year has many challenges for all of us.

Costs per (1) pass for the following sports:
Football - $30 (6 games)
Volleyball - $45 (9 games)
Boys Soccer - $65 (13 games)
MS Volleyball - $50 (10 games)
MS Football - $25 (5 games)
Any questions, please contact the Athletic office.
Thanks,
Mel
